Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

Burning Bridges AI is a one-photo party video service targeting 15-second, 720P, 9:16 videos. AI-generated identity details, movement, camera framing and audio may vary. The homepage video is an example featuring fictional adults, not a guarantee of an identical customer result.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of any party.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Use the service to send spam, malware, or other harmful content.

Payment and Billing

Video packs are one-time purchases for 1, 3 or 5 generations, with no automatic renewal. Each purchase is valid for 365 days from successful payment. Prices are shown at checkout. A return-page message alone is not proof of payment. A confirmed technical failure does not consume a generation. An unresolved task retains its reservation until reconciled. Quality complaints and billing enquiries can be submitted through account support; they do not trigger automatic paid retries.

Intellectual Property

Only upload photographs of adults you have permission to use. Before using or publishing any photograph, likeness, soundtrack or other material, you must have the necessary rights. AI generation does not grant a licence to third-party music or likenesses, and we do not guarantee that outputs are cleared for commercial use.

Video Quality Feedback

Download completed videos and report identity, action, camera or audio issues in My videos. We review quality reports manually. An approved original task receives at most one replacement use, with the original purchase expiry. Expired purchases do not gain a new validity period. A replacement credit never automatically submits another paid generation. Videos made using compensation uses are not eligible for another replacement credit; other disputes can be raised through account support.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time through your account settings.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.
